I am a life and health coach, podcast host, a yoga* and meditation teacher. Through in-person sessions (for those in New Mexico) and virtual sessions, I help women come back home to their alignment through the mind, body, and spirit.
I started discovering my purpose when I was in University, studying Psychology, with a concentration in addition counseling. It was here that I started to circle with women and learn the importance of sharing space, wisdom, and vulnerability. It is my honor to merge these therapeutic tools with spirituality and mindfulness to help women find peace.
I received my health coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2021, and found the beauty of practicing mental health care through the body. When I hold space with clients, I focus on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.
Begin the Journey Home to Yourself
Through my work with clients (and in my personal work with myself), what I see time and time again is a lack of connection to the mind, body, and spirit. So often we live in our head space, feeling consumed by overthinking, perfectionism, and anxiety. We think that we can think ourselves out of this anxiety, but it only leads to more suffering. We reach for things like social media, products, and diets to try and bridge that gap between our overthinking, crowded minds, and our inner knowing.
During our time together, I will provide a space and prompts for you to begin the journey back home to yourself: back home to your body, back home to your emotions, back home to your true and wild self.
My job as a coach is not to show you the map home, but to hold space through compassion, somatic exercises, prompts, meditation, and reflection to help you find your own map.
*As a white and Western yoga practitioner, I acknowledge that the yoga I am familiar with and will be teaching is not authentic yoga, but rather a Westernized, appropriated version of yoga. Western yoga is a 16 billion dollar industry, with the majority of that money going to white westerners, and none of it going to the indigenous people who the stolen practices of yoga actually belong to. 30% of all profits from yoga teachings will be donated to Maitri, a New Delhi-based developmental humanitarian NGO that is committed to facilitating every individual’s Human Rights, especially the Rights to Identity, Dignity and Respect.

What Motivates Me, Grounds Me, & Informs Me
When I say abundance, I mean that there is an abundance of space for many emotions, an abundance of time to work through decisions, and an abundance of options when working towards health.
So much of my work in coming home to myself centers in my intuition, my knowing, my body's wisdom, my gut. And my friend, so much of your journey will involve your intuition too. I want to help you access and honor your intuition. Most importantly, you are sovereign when it comes to your journey. I am a space holder and co-creator with you, you are the one with the knowledge here.
I promise to show up as my most true version of myself and encourage you to do the same. I will do my best to hold a space that allows you to come as you are, be exactly who you are. You are inherently worthy just as you are. No matter the moods, desires, emotions, struggles, and energy you come with, you are worthy and whole.
There is a very apparent pay barrier when it comes to wellness. This is why I vow to always offer various services that are low cost or free. Additionally, every paid service has a sliding scale and payment plan option. If your financial situation prevents your access to my services, please contact me and we will discuss.
We all deserve rest, and so do you, my friend. Rest can feel complicated and challenging, especially considering the society of capitalism, hustle culture, and #girlboss glorification. Restorative rest is very important to me, and I want to hold space to encourage and facilitate you to rest as well.
In today's world, we have access to so many people, and we are also more alone than ever. Community continues to be deeply valuable to me. There are many free and low-cost ways here to join in community.
I am an able-bodied cis-woman of European descent born in the US and benefit from white privilege. I am able-bodied.
I acknowledge and recognize that I am a white settler living on stolen indigenous territory - Tiwa people of what is now called Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Anti-Racist Small Business Pledge
Commit to open-conflict and allow discomfort.
I welcome and embrace all feedback on my content, 1:1 work, and in spaces I hold and take up space in. I intend to do no harm, and also know that intent and impact are not always the same.
Invest a portion of your monthly company budget to the Black community, and engage in continuous anti-racist education.
I have donated monthly to The Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness as well as seek to support black authors and black owned businesses when possible.
Express your sincere, long-term commitment to becoming an anti-racist organization.
There is a serious financial barrier in the wellness industry, and this barrier largely impacts women and non-binary folks of color. The systems within structural racism mean that health coaching and other services are not equally accessible to everyone. I vow to do my best to offer offerings at various pay levels, as well as offering sliding scale and payment plan options for all options, prioritizing black, indigenous, women of color and transgender women.
“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

Hear From the Community!
It is rare to find a group where you feel both supported and invigorated, however Samantha Nagel's meditation sessions are exactly that. I find myself looking forward to the weekly meetings, particularly the safe-space Samantha has created. It is a space that is perfect for those looking to begin their mediation and spirituality journey, as well as more seasoned individuals who are seeking a continuation and deeper exploration in their practice. For those of you who are on the fence or unsure if you would enjoy meditation, my biggest recommendation is come and try it once. Samantha is the perfect guide and you won't regret it.
