Exercise for your cycle


As the energy level begins to rise, this is the perfect time to integrate more energizing practices! Yoga flows like Vinyasa flows, cycling, gentle cardio, and dancing are great ways to move! Just remember to not overexert yourself.


During this phase, your energy is at the highest! This makes ovulation the best for HIIT, high cardio, running, and cycling!


As progesterone rises, strength-based exercises like weight lifting are great in this phase. As you get closer to menstruation, start to wind down.


Take this phase really easy. Try out some yin yoga flows, walking, and stretching.
