Holistic health coaching blends emotional, mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual health. I focus on whole- person health.  
Coaching is a space for deep healing as we embark on this sacred journey of returning to the true and wild self. 
I believe that your body holds wisdom, and on this journey, we will consult that wisdom often.

1:1 Sessions

Through my work, I blend my practical knowledge and experience in mental health and addiction counseling, assessments, and health coaching, with spirituality, ritual, embodiment, and going within. I am not a healer, but rather, I am the catalyst that will help you ground and access your innate wisdom as we embark on your healing journey together.

My Approach

A coaching session with me may incorporate embodiment techniques, guided meditation, listening and learning from each other (as we are both partners on this journey), meeting inner archetypes, assessing attachment styles, utilizing mindfulness, assessing health and lifestyle, incorporating mental health tools, menstrual awareness, identifying and honoring Ayurvedic dosha types, exploring intuitive eating and movement, and much more!
With your consent, I will use my own intuition to help you access and strengthen yours.

How It Works

Holistic health coaching is a 3 or 6 month journey where we will explore how to nourish the mind, body, and soul.  When you apply to work with me, we will schedule a free chat that is commitment free.

What to Expect

Consultation Call

During this 30-minute consultation video chat or phone call, we explore if we are a good fit. Think of this as a casual chat with a new friend! If we decide we are not a good fit, I can give you some resources for someone who might be. 

Initial Session

During this 60-minute session, we will focus on relevant background history, the reasons you are seeking coaching, and goal setting. We will cover your Ayurvedic dosha, menstrual cycle if applicable, any health challenges, emotional and mental health challenges, and any spiritual blockages. I will email you in the next 48 hours with notes, resources, and action steps. 

Ongoing Sessions

We will meet weekly for one hour over the phone or on Zoom every week for the next three to six months, with the option to continue after that. 

Session format differs based on each client. We may incorporate on the spot guided meditations, meeting inner archetypes, brainstorming solutions to challenges, sharing feelings and struggles, and much more. This is your space to explore yourself - I am here to create a safe space for you to heal. Within 48 hours after each session, you will receive your notes and resources via email. You will also have access to text support via WhatsApp outside of sessions, M-F.

What Is the Difference Between Coaching and Therapy?

I am not a therapist or licensed mental health care provider. Coaching uses a strength-based approach that allows us to collaborate, set goals, uncover blocks, and find ways to create sustainable changes. I incorporate therapeutic techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing, IFS, active listening, and others to create a safe space for optimal growth, but do not offer counseling services. I create a safe place for you to explore your emotions and thoughts, but I do not offer treatment for any mental illnesses.

What is the Difference Between a Coach and a Nutritionist?

Nutritionists give you a list of foods to eat and a list of foods to avoid. Health Coaches address the root cause and guide clients in holistic healing, addressing all areas of life. We work together to find creative solutions that work for your unique needs. We focus on more than just the food you eat - we focus on mental and emotional health, movement, herbal remedies, habits and routines, spiritual health, as well as the food you eat. As your coach, I meet you where you are for who you are.

Why a 3 or 6 Month Program?

I use a three-month minimum program to allow us to make the most of our time together. It takes a lot of time to explore and make lasting, sustainable changes. This gives us a sacred container to explore resistances and blockages, to try and experiment with new ideas, to gain deep trust and respect for each other, and to make lasting change, just to name a few. This investment helps promote deeper healing.

Other Ways to Work Together

Guided Breath & Visualization Healing Sessions

Through breathing techniques, guided meditation and visualization, and somatic exercises, we will meet on Zoom for 70 minutes to deepen the connection between the mind, body, heart, and spirit. This session is a great fit for anyone who wants to heal at the subconscious, spiritual, and somatic level and wants a safe container to do so.

Community Membership

This is a space for women and non-binary folks to gather in community and authenticity. With your membership, you will gain access to a new weekly guided meditation, a Discord support space, and monthly live gatherings - with replays - for only $10 per month.

Group Coaching

This is a sacred and fun container for womxn to experience the beauty of sistxrhood while improving their lives. In addition to Weekly Circles and a WhatsApp group chat, you will receive 12 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.
